Jane Morgan specializes in executive coaching and leadership development, empowering senior leaders and C-suite executives to navigate change, build trust, strengthen emotional intelligence, give impactful feedback, and delegate effectively. She designs and delivers leadership programs across formats—face-to-face, virtual, and blended—covering coaching and mentoring, communication styles, emotional intelligence, strategic and change leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Her work spans 1:1 and team coaching for performance enhancement and leadership transitions, as well as the creation of enterprise-wide mentoring programs and competency-based leadership strategies. Jane also supports project managers in evolving into strategic program leaders and develops large-scale blended learning solutions, including onboarding and Train the Trainer (T4T) programs.
Experience
Jane brings over 25 years of experience in strategic program and project management and 15 years in global leadership development. She has delivered more than 4,000 hours of 1:1 executive coaching and led programs for top-tier organizations such as Microsoft, SAP, Philips, BAE Systems, Wärtsilä, Mars, and Ericsson. Her recent work includes leadership events for Ericsson in Spain, SITA in Barcelona and the U.S., and KONE in Bucharest, along with a T4T program for Al Madinah Development Authority in Saudi Arabia and Learning Festival sessions for Santen Pharmaceutical in 2025. Jane is known for her practical, global approach and her ability to align leadership development with strategic business outcomes.
Credentials
Jane is an Accredited Coactive Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (2012) and a former ICF PCC credentialed coach, with over 4,000 hours of coaching experience and ongoing pursuit of MCC certification. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner (Pegasus Training, 2010), holds an MBA from the University of Redlands (1992), and a BA (Hons) in German & Spanish with Economics from the University of West London (1985). Fluent in German, Spanish, and French, she holds multiple project management certifications including PRINCE2 (Practitioner & Examiner), PMP®, MSP, and MoR, and is a specialist in EQi and 360° feedback tools.
