With 20+ years of global experience across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia, James has led transformational L&D initiatives for organizations including Google, Netflix, IKEA, HSBC, Aramco, Vodafone, and the UK Parliament. As Managing Director of Drive Development Solutions Ltd (2013–Present), he designed scalable leadership programmes, AI-driven learning tools, and compliance frameworks for clients like Post Office Ltd, Netflix, and The AA. Previously, he held senior L&D roles at Flexera (2024–2025), HSBC, Trader Media Group (Auto Trader), and Barclays, driving digital transformation, leadership academies, and customer experience improvements.
Credentials
James is a Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD), Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI), and Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (FIMI). He holds an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership & Management and is a Certified Practitioner in DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®.
